In this position you will be responsible for issuing purchase orders, Data entry, monthly fuel reports, expense reports and filing.
Job duties and
Responsibilities:
Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
Must be able to enter and retrieve information from various computer systems as well as work orders.
Must be able to collaborate closely with other employees to coordinate activities for purchase orders.
Must be able communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Must have the ability to maintain current file system and to file with accuracy.
Will be heavy data entry and with focus on detail.
Ability to run multiple reports.
Education and
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Some College courses, bachelor's degree preferred.
One to four years as an Administrative Assistant.
Requirements Prior experience with DocuPeak a plus Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Effective communication, organizational and critical thinking skills.
Must be very meticulous and can multitask while maintaining detail orientation.
Can be initiative-taker, and work with minimum supervision.
Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, V Look-up), and Word, Outlook.
