1978 OME Juggernaut 1 - serial number 199X This is an all original example of one of OME's fine hand crafted banjos. Awesome workmanship throughout, with tone and playability to match! It does have some tarnish on the nickel plating, which is common for one this age. The fret wear is very minimal. No 5th string spikes or sliding capo ever installed. Totally unmolested. Double bound rosewood neck and resonator, maple rim with binding, 20-hole cast flathead tone ring, bound peghead, all nickel plated hardware. One neat feature of these banjos is the ability to easily convert them to openback . Very versatile instruments. It will come shipped in it's original hard case as pictured.
